What does Arc Partners Capital do?

Arc Partners Capital is a healthcare advisory and solutions firm based in Henderson, Nevada. It provides medical practice M&A advisory and acquisition search, APA and SPA purchase agreement advisory, provider and facility credentialing in all 50 states, FQHC and 340B growth strategy, GPO selection and vendor negotiations, HIPAA-compliant IT, managed medical call center staffing, AI call center solutions for athenaOne practices, and medical accounts receivable acquisition.

Where is Arc Partners located, and which areas do you serve?

The firm is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, in the Las Vegas area, and serves physician practices, medical groups, community health centers and healthcare investors across the United States.

Do you help buyers find physician practices to acquire?

Yes. Arc Partners conducts targeted acquisition searches for physician offices, practices and medical groups, including owners who have not yet listed their practice for sale. Targets are screened for clinical fit, financial performance and operational condition, whether the buyer wants an established practice with strong EBITDA or a value-add opportunity.

Do you advise physicians who want to sell their practice?

Yes. Sell-side advisory includes readiness assessment, valuation and review of strategic alternatives, preparation of marketing materials, targeted buyer outreach, and management of diligence, negotiation and closing.

What is the difference between an APA and an SPA?

In an asset purchase agreement (APA), the buyer acquires selected assets of a practice and generally assumes only specified liabilities. In a stock purchase agreement (SPA), the buyer acquires the ownership interest in the entity itself, along with its contracts and liabilities. Arc Partners advises on the business terms of both structures alongside each client's attorney. Arc Partners is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Do you offer provider credentialing in all 50 states?

Yes. Arc Partners manages initial credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other providers, as well as facility credentialing, CAQH profile management, hospital privileges applications and expirables tracking, in all 50 states.

Can you help an FQHC grow or improve its 340B program?

Yes. For federally qualified health centers, look-alikes and other 340B covered entities, Arc Partners develops growth strategies covering new sites and service lines, 340B program performance, contract pharmacy strategy and HRSA audit readiness.

How do you help a practice choose a GPO and lower supply costs?

Arc Partners evaluates group purchasing organizations against a practice's specialty, purchasing volume and product mix, recommends the best fit, and negotiates with medical and surgical suppliers, pharmaceutical distributors, equipment, lab and service vendors.

What is a managed medical call center, and how does it reduce overhead?

Arc Partners provides trained patient access staff who are supervised by its managers and work from documented scripts, workflows and knowledge bases. Because every role is documented, a trained replacement can step in when someone leaves without starting over, which reduces payroll and turnover costs while improving scheduling and the patient experience.

Do you offer AI call center solutions for athenahealth practices?

Yes. For practices using athenahealth's athenaOne, Arc Partners selects, implements and manages AI call center solutions that answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments and handle routine requests, paired with trained staff for calls that need a person. Arc Partners is independent and not affiliated with athenahealth.

Do you provide HIPAA-compliant IT support for medical offices?

Yes. Arc Partners provides on-site and remote setup, configuration and support of hardware and software for medical practices, configured to support HIPAA security requirements, including access controls, encryption, backups and help desk support.

Does Arc Partners purchase medical accounts receivable?

Yes. Arc Partners purchases medical accounts receivable from treating providers, including accounts secured by medical liens and letters of protection, on a single account or portfolio basis.
